Just steps from the Vatican, step inside a charming medieval granary and experience the joy of making fresh Italian pasta from scratch.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to prepare two traditional pasta shapes paired with iconic Roman sauces like Amatriciana and Cacio&Pepe.
From kneading and rolling to shaping and cooking, you’ll master the techniques locals use at home.
We’ll welcome you with Prosecco and antipasto, then sit together to enjoy the full Italian meal you’ve created — complete with carefully selected local wine, dessert, coffee, and amaro.
